Within this approach, since 2023 the company has been implementing the Rising Leaders Armenia program in Armenia.
Rising Leaders Armenia is one of the ongoing investment initiatives of the Eurnekian family for the youth of Armenia. This comprehensive program offers professional development opportunities, ensures a supportive environment and engagement, as well as provides international exposure.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
In 2023, Corporación América Airports and “Armenia" International Airports” CJSC jointly launched the program’s pilot phase for the first time, offering scholarships to support young Armenians. The primary goal of this initiative was to promote education, contribute to the preservation of Armenian cultural heritage, and invest in the development of future generations. The program is designed as a long-term initiative, remaining continuously alongside students and young professionals.
Moving beyond scholarship support alone, the program expanded in subsequent years by introducing new initiatives and engaging an even wider circle of young Armenians in development-oriented programs.

NEW PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
In 2025, the Graduate Development Program Armenia was launched as part of the Rising Leaders Armenia initiative. This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience at Zvartnots International Airport.
In the following phase, participants are given the opportunity to take part in an international assignment within the Corporación América Airports global network, at one of its airports located in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy or Uruguay.

In 2026, the program continues with a new initiative - Visions of Armenia’s Future, aimed at fostering innovative thinking.
