Program Objectives
The Graduate Development Program Armenia is designed to attract and develop high-potential Armenian graduates with international exposure. The Program provides selected candidates with professional experience in Armenia and an international assignment within one of Corporación America Airports global operations, followed by a return to Armenia for continued career development.

Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
- Onboarding and training at Zvartnots International Airport (Armenia);
- Support during International Assignment, including․
- An international assignment of up to one (1) year at a CAAP operation abroad (Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, or Uruguay);

- International flights,
- Visa processing and related fees,
- Accommodation during the international assignment;
- Return placement in Armenia, in a role aligned with business needs and the participant’s development plan;
- Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
