Rising Leaders Armenia Program aims to provide scholarships to emerging leaders to help develop their leadership skills.
The “Rising Leaders Armenia” Scholarship is a specially designed program for university graduates, aimed at giving an early boost to their careers and supporting the full development of their potential to become future leaders of our business community and nation.
Students, who plan to continue their studies in a Master’s program at one of the seven universities in Armenia, as well as students who are already enrolled in a Master’s program at one of the seven universities, eligible to apply for the scholarship.
American University of Armenia;
Armenian State University of Economics;
French University in Armenia;
National Polytechnic University of Armenia;
Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University;
Yerevan State University;
National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.
Applicants are required to submit the following information and documents:
Name of the university, where the applicant plans to pursue a Master’s degree;
An official certificate or document confirming admission to the university or confirmation that the applicant is in the admission process;
Name of the university where the applicant plans to pursue a Master’s degree;
Name of the Master’s program;
A motivation letter, which should include:
→ The reasons for applying for the scholarship; → Any experience or story demonstrating leadership, and/or an explanation of how this opportunity will help you become a leader in your field;
Curriculum Vitae (CV), including undergraduate Grade Point Average (GPA);
Contact phone number and email address.
The specified Master’s program must be offered by one of the seven universities listed above.
Applicants must not simultaneously be beneficiaries of another scholarship program. Beneficiaries of the previous year’s program are not eligible for the current academic year’s scholarship. To continue tuition reimbursement, they must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Applications are accepted until August 1.
A total of 10 (ten) Master’s students will be awarded scholarships.
All applications will be reviewed by Internal Committee. Participants will be notified of the results via email by the end of August. As the final evaluation stage, members of the Internal Committee will conduct individual interviews with all 10 (ten) selected beneficiaries.
The “Graduate Development Program Armenia” was initiated to identify students in Armenia with strong international potential. The Program provides selected candidates with professional experience both in Armenia and abroad, within one of the companies of Corporación América Airports international network. After gaining experience abroad, participants return to Armenia to continue their professional development locally.
The main objective of the Program is to develop high-potential candidates by providing them with both local and international work experience and preparing them for future leadership roles within the organization.
The Program is designed for motivated Armenian graduates and early-career professionals, who wish to gain international experience and develop their careers in Armenia. You may be eligible if you:
Hold Armenian citizenship or are of Armenian origin and live in Armenia or abroad;
Are a recent graduate or an early-career professional in engineering, architecture, or business-related fields;
Communicate both English and Armenian fluently;
Are not involved in the organization or selection process of the Program and are not an immediate family member of a current employee.
Yes. Armenians living abroad may apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Armenia and fully participate in all phases of the Program, including onboarding, the international assignment, and post-program placement.
The Program is open to recent graduates or early-career professionals with academic backgrounds in engineering, architecture, or business-related fields, holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or equivalent degree.
No. Current employees are not eligible to apply, as the company offers other exchange and development programs specifically designed for internal staff.
Yes. A LinkedIn profile link is mandatory at the application stage. Shortlisted candidates may later be required to submit their CVs as part of the selection process.
After submission, applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to interviews or other stages of the assessment and selection process.
All applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee. The Committee’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Participants will complete an international assignment of up to one (1) year at one of Corporación América Airports’ operation abroad, which may be located in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, or Uruguay.
The Program offers competitive compensation and support during the international assignment, including:
International flights;
Visa and related fees;
Accommodation expenses during the international assignment.
Personal expenses, such as leisure travel, personal purchases, and other costs not related to the Program, are the responsibility of the participant.
No. The international assignment location is determined based on business needs and operational priorities; therefore, participants cannot choose the country themselves.
Yes. Participation in the Program entails a commitment to return to Armenia upon completion of the international assignment, to continue professional development and apply the acquired international experience locally.
