Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To apply, candidates must:

Be of Armenian nationality or heritage (living in Armenia or abroad);
Be a recent graduate or early-career professional in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, or Business-related disciplines (Bachelors, Master’s, MBA’s or equivalent);
Demonstrate strong academic performance and leadership potential;
Be fluent in English and Armenian;
Not be directly involved in the organization or selection process of the Program, nor be an immediate family member of a current employee.

Application Process

All applications must be submitted through the official Program application form within the published deadlines;
Applications should include a LinkedIn profile;
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in interviews, assessments, and other selection activities;
The decision of the selection committee is final and not subject to appeal.
