Description of the program
We are committed to inspire and empower young Armenian graduates to become leaders for our business community and our nation as a whole.
We will do so by providing learning and development opportunities for young graduates to accelerate their early careers and develop their full potential to become exceptional leaders.
The program encompasses the following dimensions:
Engagement and networking
Providing an environment for young graduates to connect, learn, and get inspired.
Scholarships for capability building
Օffering scholarships for outstanding rising leaders to develop their leadership capabilities.
International Trainee Experience
Learning, through an intensive training program, which includes international assignments at Corporación América Airports.
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIPS
“Rising Leaders Armenia” aims to offer scholarships for outstanding rising leaders to develop their leadership capabilities.
This way, 10 students will have the opportunity to receive a scholarship that will cover the tuition fee for Master’s Programs in the 2024/25 academic year in one of the following Armenian universities:
- American University of Armenia
- Armenian State University of Economics
- French University in Armenia
- National Polytechnic University
- Russian-Armenian University
- Yerevan State University
- National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia
HOW CAN I APPLY?
- Candidates can apply for one scholarship by completing an online form. The call will be open from July 3rd until August 8th.
- An Internal Committee will review all the applications.
- Participants will get a response via email on whether they were selected to receive the scholarship or not by the end of August.
- As a final phase of evaluation, the 10 (ten) winners will be interviewed individually by members of the Internal Committee.

▪️ Proof of acceptance to the university or certificate that shows the student is in the process of admission.
▪️ Name of the Master’s Program the applicant will study during the 2024/25 academic year. The program must be among the catalog of the seven listed universities above.
▪️ Motivation letter that must include:
→ Motives as to why they want to receive the scholarship
→ Some experience or story where they have performed as leaders and/or reasons why they believe this opportunity will help them become future leaders for their community
▪️ Updated CV (it must include the GPA obtained in Bachelor’s Degree)
▪️ Contact number and e-mail

To be eligible, the applicant must not be currently receiving compensation from another scholarship program.
Beneficiaries of the previous RLA 2023-2024 program are ineligible for the 2024 -2025 RLA scholarship. To continue receiving tuition reimbursement, they must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0․
