RISING LEADERS ARMENIA Rising Leaders Armenia is a continuation of an ongoing investment from the Eurnekian family to the youth of Armenia. Our multifaceted program provides essential learning opportunities, networking, engagement, and international experiences. As a first step, this year we decided to grant 10 scholarships for the 2023/2024 academic year to 10 students who could choose any Master’s program in the top 7 universities in Armenia. We would like to express our gratitude to Yerevan State University, American University in Armenia, University of France in Armenia, Armenian State University of Economics, Russian Slavonic University, the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the National Polytechnic University of Armenia for their deep collaboration in this project. We wanted to give the opportunity of education to students who demonstrated exceptional promise, not only academically but also in their dedication to improving our community. In order to participate, we asked the students to write a motivation letter where they expressed their motives, not only as to why they wanted to continue their education, but also to share stories about how they have contributed to their community or how they wish to make a positive impact on Armenia. We received more than 100 applications. More than 100 inspiring stories of young people from different regions, cultures, fields of studies and backgrounds. The stories reflected intentions not only about their self-development, but also for enhancing themselves with the aim of becoming catalysts for positive transformation in their communities. On October 31st, to summarize the completion of the first program, we held an award ceremony for the winning students from American University of Armenia (AUA), French University of Armenia (UFAR) and Yerevan State University (YSU). |
We are committed to inspire and empower young Armenian graduates to become leaders for our business community and our nation as a whole.
We will do so by providing learning and development opportunities for young graduates to accelerate their early careers and develop their full potential to become exceptional leaders.
The program encompasses the following dimensions:
