Requirements
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must fill out the application form online, providing the following information and documents:
- Armenian State University of Economics
- French University in Armenia
- National Polytechnic University
- Russian-Armenian University
- Yerevan State University
- National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia
- Some experience or story where they have performed as leaders and/or reasons why they believe this opportunity will help them become future leaders for their community
Restrictions
To be eligible, the applicant must not be currently receiving compensation from another scholarship program.
Beneficiaries of the previous RLA 2023-2024 program are ineligible for the 2024 -2025 RLA scholarship. To continue receiving tuition reimbursement, they must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0․
Application process
Amount and duration of the scholarship
The scholarship covers the tuition for the Master’s Program for one academic year, with the possibility of renewal. Once the ten (10) benefactors of the scholarships are selected, Armenia International Airports CJSC will contact the respective universities and manage the payment directly.
* The renewal of the scholarship depends on the academic performance of the student, who has to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. In case the student appeals for an extension of the scholarship, a member of the Internal Committee will request a report from the university to evaluate their academic performance.
Other considerations
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must fill out the application form online, providing the following information and documents:
- Personal information (name, last name)
- Name of the university where the applicant will do the Master’s Program for the 2024/25 academic year. It is mandatory that the university is among the following list:
- Armenian State University of Economics
- French University in Armenia
- National Polytechnic University
- Russian-Armenian University
- Yerevan State University
- National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia
- Proof of acceptance to the university or certificate that shows the student is in the process of admission.
- Name of the Master’s Program the applicant will study during the 2024/25 academic year. The program must be among the catalog of the seven listed universities above.
- Motivation letter that must include:
- Some experience or story where they have performed as leaders and/or reasons why they believe this opportunity will help them become future leaders for their community
- Updated CV (it must include the GPA obtained in Bachelor’s Degree)
- Contact number and e-mail
Restrictions

Application process
- Candidates can apply for one scholarship by completing an online form. The call will be open from July 3rd until August 8th.
- An Internal Committee will review all the applications.
- Participants will get a response via email on whether they were selected to receive the scholarship or not by the end of August.
- As a final phase of evaluation, the 10 winners will be interviewed individually by members of the Internal Committee.

Other considerations
- Students who are already enrolled in one of the seven (7) mentioned universities and are doing a Master’s Program, can also apply to the scholarship.
- Armenia International Airports CJSC ensures the protection of the personal data of the participants. All information contained in the application forms will be reviewed by the Internal Committee and will be kept strictly confidential.
- Communication of results: Compliance with the formal requirements to apply does not guarantee obtaining the scholarship.
