The first participants of Graduate Development Program Armenia have been assigned to Argentina

The first winners of Graduate Development Program Armenia, one of the initiatives of the Rising Leaders Armenia Program, have already been selected.
At the initial stage of the program, participants completed practical training at Zvartnots International Airport, where they became familiar with the airport’s operations and service functions.
As part of the program, they were then assigned to Argentina, where the participants are gaining professional experience at one of the airports operated by Aeropuertos Argentina.
Upon completion of the program, the participants will return to Armenia to continue their professional careers at local airports.
We are sure that this international experience will open new opportunities for them and serve as a strong impetus for their further professional development.
- Be of Armenian nationality or heritage (living in Armenia or abroad);
- Be a recent graduate or early-career professional in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, or Business-related disciplines (Bachelors, Master’s, MBA’s or equivalent);
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and leadership potential;
- Be fluent in English and Armenian;
- Not be directly involved in the organization or selection process of the Program, nor be an immediate family member of a current employee;
