.The Graduate Development Program Armenia is designed to attract and develop high-potential Armenian graduates with international exposure. The Program provides selected candidates with professional experience in Armenia and an international assignment within one of Corporación America Airports global operations, followed by a return to Armenia for continued career development.
Eligibility
To apply, candidates must:
Be of Armenian nationality or heritage (living in Armenia or abroad).
Be a recent graduate or early-career professional in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, or Business-related disciplines (Bachelors, Master’s, MBA’s or equivalent).
Demonstrate strong academic performance and leadership potential.
Be fluent in English and Armenian.
Not be directly involved in the organization or selection process of the Program, nor be an immediate family member of a current employee.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in interviews, assessments, and other selection activities.
The decision of the selection committee is final and not subject to appeal.
Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
Onboarding and training at Zvartnots International Airport (Armenia).
An international assignment of up to one (1) year at a CAAP operation abroad (Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, or Uruguay).
Return placement in Armenia, in a role aligned with business needs and the participant’s development plan.
