The Graduate Development Program Armenia is designed to attract and develop high-potential Armenian graduates with international exposure. The Program provides selected candidates with professional experience in Armenia and an international assignment within one of Corporación America Airports (https://caap.aero/) global operations, followed by a return to Armenia for continued career development.
Eligibility
To apply, candidates must:
Be of Armenian nationality or heritage (living in Armenia or abroad).
Be a recent graduate or early-career professional in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, or Business-related disciplines (Master’s, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
Demonstrate strong academic performance and leadership potential.
Be fluent in English and Armenian.
Application Process
All applications must be submitted through the official Program application form within the published deadlines.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in interviews, assessments, and other selection activities.
The decision of the selection committee is final and not subject to appeal.
Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
Onboarding and training at Zvartnots International Airport (Armenia).
An international assignment of up to one (1) year at a CAAP operation abroad (Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy or Uruguay)
Return placement in Armenia, in a role aligned with business needs and the participant’s development plan.
Competitive compensation.
Full support for relocation, including:
International flights, Visa processing and related fees, Accommodation during the international assignment, 2 / 2 Settling-in allowance (if applicable).
Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Note: Personal expenses beyond the benefits listed above (e.g., leisure travel, personal purchases) are the responsibility of the participant.
Candidate Commitments
By accepting an offer, participants agree to:
Complete all stages of the Program, including the international assignment and subsequent return to Armenia.
Use of Image and Testimonials
By applying, candidates authorize CAAP to:
Use their name, image, photographs, video recordings, and testimonials in communication, promotional, and institutional materials related to the Program.
Publish such content on the Rising Leaders Armenia website, CAAP websites, press releases, and social media platforms.
This authorization is granted without expectation of compensation and for an indefinite period, unless revoked in writing after a minimum of five (5) years, with effect within six (6) months of the revocation request.
General Conditions
Application and participation in the Program imply full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any requirement or condition may result in immediate disqualification or termination of participation, without the right to claim.
